Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Relevanco website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Relevanco provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, and graphic design.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and content in a timely manner
• Ensure all materials provided to Relevanco (images, text, logos) do not infringe third party intellectual property rights
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Not engage Relevanco team members directly for freelance work during and for 12 months after the engagement

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before project commencement as specified in your proposal
• Remaining payments are due as per the milestones outlined in the Service Agreement
• Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each month
• Late payments may incur a delay in service delivery
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed in writing

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

• All custom deliverables including website code, designs, and content created specifically for the client become the client's property
• Relevanco retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted in writing
• Any third party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
• Relevanco retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivery

Revisions & Scope

• The number of revision rounds is specified in your Service Agreement
• Requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Significant changes to project requirements after approval may result in timeline and cost adjustments
• Relevanco is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or approvals

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. Upon termination:

• All work completed to date will be delivered to the client
• Outstanding payments for work completed become immediately due
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Relevanco fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe

Limitation of Liability

Relevanco's total liability to the client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, Relevanco does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue, or outcomes from our digital marketing or development services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
